Specifications: The solar simulator has Class A spectral match, Class A spatial non-uniformity of irradiance and
Class A temporal instability. The output beam size is 4 x 4 inch. Its variable attenuator for 0.1 to 1.0 SUN output and temperature sensors and interlocks ensure operator safety. ​ It works with Keithley 2400 for evaluating the preformance of solar cells.
